Beautiful footprints is a program created for seniors. We create exercise routines to improve mobility, flexibility and coordination. This allows them to be independent and proactive.
In our group classes, we start with a warm-up, follow with Zumba, sometimes use light weights for muscle strengthening, and finish with stretching and cool down. Although participants may have different health conditions, we provide different levels of intensity and modifications so everyone can enjoy and feel successful. At the end of the class, they feel proud and happy.
We create personalized classes based on each person’s medical condition and goals, with the help of a physical therapist who reviews their medical history. We design a safe exercise plan and visit senior residences and retirement communities.
My parents attend these classes and are very happy. Not only are they improving their physical condition, but they have also made new friends. The activities are fun and safe. It’s a great program that promotes socialization and health.
